Hosted by Gayle Anderson, the educational DVD was an iParenting award winner in 2005. The DVD includes segments on babies 6 months to 2 years, toddlers 2 to 4 years, children 5 to 12 years, teens and adults and a segment on open water.

About the Actor
Gaylene Anderson has been teaching swimmers of all levels for over 18 years. From the novice beginner to the collegiate athlete, her unique approach is the result of a lifelong passion for teaching children to swim. This positive educational style has been established as an effective way to get children to swim and be water safe. Gaylene is the mother of two boys, whom she says, "learned how to swim before they could walk". Her professional experiences include Head Coach for United States Swimming Clubs, swimming instructor/coach for various community centers and private clubs around the country, and the director for Aqua Camp at at the University of Hawaii. Special segments on the video include proper techniques presented by University of Hawaii Head Swimming and Diving Coach Mike Anderson, and basic open-water safety from Honolulu County Lifeguard Captain Kendall Rust.
